Last Updated: April 7, 2026

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how Inovexus ("we," "us," and/or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information from individuals ("you" and/or "your") who access and use our online community or mobile or other downloadable applications (collectively, the "Community"). Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of the Community is also subject to our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases (for example if we plan to use your information in a way that materially differs from this Privacy Policy), we will provide you with additional notice (such as sending you a notification via email or through the Community).

We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Community or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Definitions

The following definitions apply to this Privacy Policy:

Lawful Bases for Processing

To use your Personal Information, we must have a valid reason, which under some laws is called the "lawful basis for processing" or "legal grounds for processing." We may process your Personal Information based on these reasons:

1. Your Consent

Sometimes, we will use your Personal Information because you actively indicated it is okay that we do so. This includes, for example, where you subscribe to receive newsletters or participate in optional features of the Community.

2. Keeping Our Agreement Obligations

This includes using your Personal Information to fulfill our agreement with you by, for example, delivering the Community services to you, processing transactions, and maintaining your Account.

3. Legitimate Interests

We sometimes use your Personal Information because we believe it is in our best interest or the interest of someone else. Legitimate interests work when we use your Personal Information in ways that make sense and do not intrude on your privacy much, or when we have a very good reason for it. Here is what it normally means for us:

a. Product Improvement: We may use data to enhance the features and functionality of the Community, making it more useful and user-friendly.

b. Member Engagement: Keeping members informed about updates, new features, and content that may interest them.

c. Research and Development: Using aggregated and anonymized data to conduct research on trends and user behavior to improve the Community.

d. Security and Fraud Prevention: Protecting the Community and members from security threats, fraud, and abuse.

e. Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

f. Business Operations: Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the sustainability and growth of our business and Community.

4. Following the Law

This includes processing your Personal Information to comply with the law, such as keeping records to meet legal obligations, responding to lawful requests from authorities, or complying with court orders.

5. Other Reasons

This includes using your Personal Information for any other reason that the law allows.
